I absolutely love the simplicity of this Jeep Truck’s dash. 1947, a very different time.
Current bid is $5k, curious how high this will go, despite the naysayers in the comments.
Someone needs to tell everyone to STOP using two stage paint on old vehicles. If you don’t understand why then here is no hope.

I’d really love an older Land Cruiser one day for this reason. Something stupid simple. I would happily take a old truck too.

You’re right, simplicity is best.
They could do that same dash today with a single, customizable LCD screen with graphics designed just like that. Wouldn’t that be the best?

Speaking as someone with a broken digital odometer when an analog one would be perfectly functional: no.

Not my comment, but I probably would have written it in ALL CAPS.
Here is a nice BMW 2002 in a cool old color, Tai ga, but it doesn’t look right: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1975-bmw-2002-60/

P.S. Go-Devil is the coolest name for motor ever! (and the early days of BaT auctions are an enticing but ultimately soul crushing dreams )

I’ve had more broken analog odometers than digital in my car ownership history.

Definitely doesn’t fit the car.
