!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and you can vaguely see it’s 50th anniversary limited edition seats that are looking rad :
You can also see 4 cars in champagne color (i don’t remember if the Kangoo shade was really champagne-like but it might be the 5th ch ampagne car of the photo ).

What’s that red Renault? I really like the look of it.
Th e Fiat 600 really needs more color to break up that gray plastic. It's good but it could be gooder.

The plastic inside the 600 is blue, not gray !
The red Renault is simply a Clio 4 (the Clio has been the second best selling car in Europe for years but this year the Clio is closing on it and might take the Golf spot ).
T he Clio 5 that replaced it last year is looking even better, there is a deep blue GT Line always parking the street next to my flat, like this one :

Is it really blue? *squints* Is it? I’m really trying here and I don’t see it. But this is also not the first time I’ve been told that the gray interior I’ve been seeing is blue though I’ve never really been able to see it.
What is blue is that Clio 4. That’s a good looking hatch! I like the hidden rear door handles. Very nice! I didn’t know it was the second best selling car in Europe though.

On the picture i posted it’s definitely blue (not a flashy blue of course) , you might have a screen with a terribly colorime try ; more info and pictures about this limited edition here :

My iPad has a pretty good screen and I’d be hard-pressed to identify that as blue.

While it’s not rare here, it’s definitely not as common as a Clio (the Modus being more or less a taller but shorter Clio 3) or the Scenic.
It was called a minispace and (according to Wikipedia) did sell about half ( 665k) as it’s successor (the Captur that did sold ~1.2m ) in it’s lifespan of 8 years while the Captur is only 7 years old.

Neither on my phone nor on my second monitor does the color change. Is it supposed to be this color like on the outside? Because it doesn’t look that way.

No, it’s more like lavender but it’s a blue-ish gray if you prefer ; definitely not a basic plastic gray.
It’s subtle, a bit like the Clio 2 RS phase 1 that has its airbag and upper dashboard in dark blue (with the flash it’s more obvious than in normal conditions) :

Yes but the lighter color still doesn’t look like blue. I like the dark blue accents though. Very nice.
First you said it was blue , then you say it is lavender. Those are very much not the same.

Well, lavender is between blue and violet, fresh lavender being indeed closer to purple but what is usually called of “lavender” color ( the “web” lavender ) is not as flashy and closer to blue.
To me the color on the 600 looks close to the “Lavender gray #C4C3D0" on the Wikipedia page .

In the U.K. the Modus is quite rare, with the Grand Modus being very rare.
The Modus often went towards the older generation that liked the higher seating position, granted not a hell of a lot more than the cars below it, but also because of the taller roofline making it easier for the older generation to get in and out of. As the car got older and cheaper, smaller new families bought them for ease of parking over an estate or larger MPV and again the taller roofline made it easier to strap the child into their seats.
I liked the Renaults of that period.
Renault was doing it’s own thing.

Here’s a photo I found of another 50th anniversary ; clearly blue outside, and looks like the same grey inside.

Ok, so maybe this is technically lavender. I’d never call it blue but I think we’ve reached an “agree to disagree” point here.

I also don’t thing there are many Grand Modus here :)
And what you described is simply what i now known as the CUVs, only they are looking more like a SUV than a MPV.
I think that the Modus was early in the market but it was just not “ sexy” enough .

Don’t forget that i might be wrong all along because the pictures i am basing my “opinion” on could be wrong :)
I honestly haven’t looked at the (real) car interior enough to be able to tell if it was like the picture or not .
