Boar’s Head has prepackaged pepperoni.

It’s quite good.

All t hat plastic for 6 ozs? Aldi has a sliced pepperoni and a sliced salami in pound bags for cheap. Vinegary and never needs refrigeration. I mention this because we’re headed there tomorrow for our monthly visit and this is one of the things I look forward to the most . And the black cherry juice, jaffa biscuits , aww so many good things...

I know. For the price, Aldi' s good.  Trader Joe's sells a deli pepperoni that I absolutely love.  But I saw this at a Fresh Thyme and I'm glad I gave it a shot. BTW, I've been using the Aldi's mini pizza crusts

Fresh Th yme is a store? Cool. Would be nice to have a Trader Joe’s near enough to us. Like their stuff, too. Oh well, such is living in the hinterlands. Been making pizzas with flour tortillas in the pan since it’s too hot to use the oven. Ta. I’ll try the crusts when Fall gets here (e nd of Nov ).

Get a toaster oven. I never thought I would need one since I live alone, but it’s supper nice not having to turn the oven on (especially since the broiler isn’t working right now — got fix that). I found one that bakes, air fry, toast and  broil.

Heh, I have about 4' of counter space on the boat. Compromises had to be made. No toaster, microwave or any other counter-top appliances. I use a handheld Mo ulinex for blending. Anyway, they’s slide off when we head upwind on starboard tack.

If you’ve seen my post of Sparrow’s interior, the picture comes clear. I did put a GFCI outlet up in the center cabinet in the galley but then couldn’t find a microwave or toaster oven small enough to fit in the space.
