Spotted my first Venue

Or, at least, the first one I bothered to look at, because it was this great green. I’d never heard of it, but the green is eye-catching.

I have to say: $17k with a stick and that impressive warranty is a little tempting. Were only it 4wd.

They come in some good colors. What really struck me about them is how tiny they are. The Venue is positively minuscule but not in a bad way.

I believe it’s based on the Accent, so that makes sense.

yeah the Vebnie and Soul are available in some cool colors

Kia Soul Green is the official color of that car

It’s not just narrow, it’s short and not very long. It feels even smaller than the Rio, which is closest thing I can think of.

I saw my first in a boring color a month or so ago. Hadn’t heard of it so had to look it up.

It appears the Venue is slightly shorter, slightly taller, and slightly wider than the current Rio hatchback.  All dimensions are within inches though.

I think the Rio wears it better but the Venue does pull off the proportions very well. It doesn’t have a crazy door height to greenhouse ratio like some CUVs.

I spotted one of these a while ago too. Was very tripped up, at first I thought it was a brand new Kia Soul. Spunky looking car though.

Saw one just like this on my way to Walmart this week. The white over  blue caught my eye, and the that blue is very appealing.

They’re quite common around here already! I am not a Crossover fan, but they are small enough and car-like enough, plus, they are Accent-based and, as I love the Accent (I’m a bit biased...) and they have a stick as an opti on (only on the lowest trim, I think, though)...they’re one of the only crossovers I actually like!

I quite like them and I usually hate crossovers....their small stature and the fact you can still get them with a stick helps!

It feels more like a utilitarian hatchback than a CUV. I quite like them.

My wife wanted to look at one when we replaced her car. There was one in a really nice blue with a white roof at the dealer where we ultimately bought her van. Unfortunately, it was far too small for our needs.

I’ve seen a few driving around and most have been in pretty cool colors.

Two tones are back!!! A neighbor bought a two tone Corolla Hatchback this year, just like the one below, looks good.
