Everytime I see a RWD first gen pickup on CL, they always seem to be listed for over $3k regardless of condition. I mean just look at this worn out sumbitch:

This is some serious crack. The interior is trashed, and look at the floor! Flintstone car destined. Gauges and steering wheel are out of an SR5, but it’s missing the bucket seats, stripes, and chrome trim on the wheels and fenders.

I also think this was resprayed at some point ... That tailgate is definitely off of at ‘83 and missing the tie downs.

Also, c’mon CL: show me the  4x4s!

Asking and selling are different dimensions.

Then again, when my brother’s 83 was wrecked by a friend of his a few years ago, the insurance company gave him something like $2500, no questions asked.

4x4s are either ragged out stump jumpers or on BaT these days.

I was thinking it didn’t looks so bad from the exterior shots, but that interior is pretty bad (though maybe  fixable. I know things are different out in the PNW, but in salt country, I think that drivers side floor is more “surface rust” than Flintstones) .

Last one I sold went for $1800, 1988 2wd deluxe with 240k with a fresh head . Seat was worn but the rest of the truck was fine. Guy had cash and left in a hurry, like he just stole it.........
