God that’s good. Love the faces he’s making - this is no “The Transporter”, stoic hardened driver. He’s just having fun haha.
Also the driving looks so legit, never looks like it’s giving the illusion of speed. And no attempt to lessen the amount of dangerous driving or bad influences. He literally does a drift with no hands, and a jump, on city streets.
I like to think the extra tyre mark or 2 at the no-hands-drift is due to an aggressive 4 wheel slide, rather than...practise attempts or something boring.
I hope the new one is half as good.

The new one (which is several years old at this point) is much more serious. But still shows the Driver as just a guy doing what he’s paid to do.

I was thinking Clive would’ve been kinda bummed at being downgraded from an M5 all the way down to a 540i but apparently a current gen 540i can take an E39 M5 in the quarter. That’s nutty! Oddly it makes me want an E39 M5 more.

I’ve just watched the new one. Not a huge fan. It doesn’t focus on the driving so much - he doesn’t really do anything that noteworthy, nothing a Camry couldn’t do. It seems like a short action movie with a BMW in it.
Which was cool, but not particularly noteworthy.
It did have that guy from Walking Dead in it, who’s also in Breakpoint which I’m currently playing. That was cool, he’s good to watch.
