Seen across the street from my office. I’m getting hints of 3rd gen F-body and/or 90’s Cadillac Eldorado.
Yikes.

90s GM, I’m seeing a lot of Camaro in that windshield. Front seems too long though so maybe it is a Caddy.
No matter what, those rims are a travesty.

Definitely 3rd gen F-body, that’s a camaro door and sail panel for sure.

I secon d that. 3rd gen Camaro to me. The door line matches up, and you can even maybe see the line from a T-Top.
This thing has style, but not a desirable one.

What confuses me is that they clearly either moved the axle forward or plopped the Camaro shell onto a truck chassis.

2 ways to approach this, if the driver built this himself then you commend the hard work and long hours it took to realize his dream ride, then you say you like the colour. O r if he/she/they PAID MONEY for such a thing then they should have bought some taste and could restore balance to the force by killing this abomination with fire! Those rims are wack.

That an accent on the hood or a bit of paint pressure washed off?

I’m seeing a lot of Eldorado in the C pillar and trunk.
3Rd Gen Camaro for reference.
Rant: Why does Kinja still double load the image and bring every single image in again in a cut/paste? Why does Kinja have a freaking cache when using cut/copy/paste and why does it only apply to images?

Definately an B-body. There were a few neoclassic converters around in the 80s and 90s who used them as a base, Johnson was probably the biggest off the top of my head, but this doesn’t look like anything they made. Either it’s a “factory” neoclassic that’s been further customized, or an entirely homebrew project.

You know the theorem about infinite monkeys banging away at infinite typewriters eventually producing Shakespeare?
Kinja was written by eight monkeys with ADHD and a
TRS-80
.

F-body, sorry, don't know why I typed B.

I do not like this answer.

If they body swapped, they actually did a good job. It’d take a ton of cutting to get that body down and around that frame.
Could still be easier than stretching a car frame though.......
Either way, it’s a travesty.

Considering how the poorly aligned doors open backwards and don’t appear to be doing much stiffening, probably a body swap with a whole of of cutting to keep it at a reasonable height.

Jesus, I didn’t even notice the door handles!! !

It started as something markedly less tacky...

There doesn't appear to be much structure there so I think there is a frame underneath it

It’s got T-Tops

I’m hoping they just painted over the glass, that’d make it perfect.

3rd gen. Camaro would be my guess.

Agreed
