I wish I had a Canadian family member so I could get out of the US. I was supposed to be moving to Italy this month but now our American freedom is keeping us from traveling.

I’ve only ever seen flat developed  portions of Ontario, this looks almost BC like.

It’s still pretty flat compared to BC but the hiking and scenery are excellent nonetheless. I may have to head up there more frequently. Though perhaps not quite to Sault Ste Marie ; 7hrs one way doesn’t leave too much time for activities on a weekend trip. I could probably find some good hiking and riding around Sudbury, which is a   3.5 hr drive up.
