My gawd - that Corolla is way up in the air like an SUV! Or at least it looks like it from your angle...

That instrument cluster has to be my favorite cluster from any ‘Vette - complete, clear and concise. Perfect. I see that ‘MPH’ is glowing - is there a way to change it to KPH with the flick of a switch?

Because they are everywhere.

The actual, meaningful numbers on the gauges, as compared with the vague non-numeric “Oh yes, hmm hmm, nice ‘n’ low, just fine, everything’s fine sir, don’t worry a bit sir” vs. “dear me, high! Very high! Dreadfully high! Oh dear, oh dear!” (or “low” as the worst-case case may be) you get from my car. I’d sure like that on mine !

Yep, there is a button panel behind the right of the wheel with that button.

Rain got a little out of hand here

Kinja'd!!!

My yellow beater is older (‘ 77 I think) and arguably cooler to the right audience.

This was a slow drive. An ambulance did an obvious  pull on me though, and I wonder if this was a sly scam attempt...

Pretty sure you are only a couple of hours west of me, so this was the same rain.

It’s definitely a nice cluster, but I rarely look at it due to HUD.

Where are you again? That would put you around the coast of Georgia. Savannah? Can't go any further without you living on a boat. I thought you were west of me.

Atlanta area, so you're right. Probably the same storm.

That’s cool. Saves you the trouble of always having to look at two sets of numbers. Now, does it change the other gauges to metric as well?

It does the climate control and the other digital readout.

The roads here are below the soil, so it was 2k rpm  shifting.

Thats a bit too low imo ...2500 is much better in the 1st 3 gears and 2700ish for 3rd to 4th. Makes it quick but not fast.

I went the other direction and didn’t drive my Corvette (or my XE) today. But that’s only because my partner’s 128i has been sitting almost entirely unused for the last 3.5 months. I felt sad for it, so I drove it to work.
