A lot of people seem to think the Nobe 100's grille design is copying Alfa Romeo...
When in actuality, it looks a whole lot more like a Subaru Tribeca:
I mean, come on! The center grille shape is almost a perfect match, even with the way it flows into the hood, and the side grille thingies are dang near spot-on! All Nobe really changed was the headlights and the grille texture in the center. Has nobody else noticed this?
Eh, whatever the case, it’s still my favorite electric car and the only one I want.

I’m right there with you - the Nobe’s range and performance do not meet my requirements at all, but I don’t give a damn. If I could buy one, I would, would even gladly take out a loan in this economic climate, too.

I hope they bring it over here... it shouldn’t be too hard, since three-wheelers count as motorcycles and electric vehicles can easily pass emissions.

I want this a lot. If only it had 4 wheels, I would just piss myself out of pure confusion as to how to cope with this.

All car interiors* should look like this. Seriously, this is the exact dash and steering wheel I want to look at for the rest of my driving days.
*Well, this, or a vintage burl wood paneled Rolls-Royce, both types equally valid. Like how there are also two valid subjects for paintings - sailing ships and men on horseback holding up swords.

Three wheels in this configuration should be stable enough... Plus, in this thing you’ll be the only person on the road with three-wheel drive!

Don’t forget bowls of fruit. C lassic fruit paintings are perfectly valid as well.
But yeah, classic-style interiors look awesome. I’m always a bit confused when people talk about interiors in modern cars being good or bad because to me they all look the same. They’re all a sea of black and grey generic lumpy shapes. Very dull. Classic car interiors (and this Nobe interior) on the other hand... now THOSE I get excited about. SO beautiful.

I guess I’m weird in that I think an ordinary 1967 and earlier VW Beetle has a better looking interior than literally any mainstream car on the market today, particularly with the ivory steering wheel . Just the contrast of the body color dash with the white knobs and wheel and the tasteful chrome to set it all off, and that Art Deco watch face gauge . And everything is simple, straightforward, easy to use. Also, in VW’s case, they actually did use surprisingly good quality materials for such a cheap car, too, which helps.
Come on, look at this - fantastic. The Nissan Pao is about the only recentish car to come close, until the Nobe. You spend your whole time in the car staring at the dash, might as well make it a pleasant view, instead of acres of black and gray textured plastic, shiny faux brushed aluminum that scratches in the first 5,000 miles, and an LCD screen that will look cheap and obsolete within 10 years.

That’s not weird at all, I completely agree with you!
