I either got 5th or 6th in CAM-C but I did beat this GT350 who was running in B-Street where my stock Camaro belongs. The Sunbeam Tiger was hilarious to watch

So I have done very little autocrossing, but when I did it was in someone else’ s car and I always felt like I spent too much time looking for the next cone to turn at. And looking for that next cone was harder than actually driving the course.
I think it is the combination of a cone-track layed over parking lot rows and my brain just computes the next turn slower than if I was on a road course looking for an apex. If that makes sense?
I know I am not the only one as I have had discussions in the past, but wondering if any Oppo’s feel my pain?

It isn’t much the distance of looking as more that it is basically a map or track that is imposed over another map or track .
Like if a parking lot is used, there are parking lot rows (one map or track) then you have whatever course is laid out by cones (the second map or track). Some parts are overlapping, some cross through the parking lot rows, etc.
I guess I always have a problem because it is basically a course over a course.
Now that I have completely confused you.........
