I had a Vive but all the games I really liked gave me a migraine like headache. I used to fly around in helicopters etc.. so it isn’t the motion that’s doing it. Must be the thing so close to the eye for so long. If I played a half hour or more it would happen. I still have an Asus gaming PC that I guess I will keep and switch over to at some point.

It’s not standard motion sickness though, it’s the way the motion you see is completely disconnected from what you feel.

Luckily I haven’t been too bad with motion sickness (I have an Acer WMR headset), though Project CARS was brutal, I had to give up after just a few turns. I haven’t tried Pr oject CARS  II, maybe they’ve cleaned up the experience some.

It's taking me some getting used to. I'm prone to motion sickness and my eyes suck. I have to take frequent breaks on bland VR.

I would suggest playing more casual VR games for a little while, when I first got my VR system I couldn’t even manage 1 lap in VR, spent a few weeks playing casual games that didn’t involve fluid movement, ones that did teleport movement instead or fixed location to get used to VR, now I can do racing VR for a lot longer periods of time

also having a fan blowing directly at you can also help

I know the high end military simulation training has some kind of eye tracking. Well maybe in a few years they will fix that too, it’s not like I’ve been promised VR since the 80's! I remember cybermind VR center had Dactyl Nightmare and a harrier jet sim you could play for $5 a game back then. It could have been early 90's, I can’t remember.
