Of all of them, only Sutliff Chevy Trucks is still used for its original purpose - now Turner Chevrolet Commercial Truck Center. The Lawrence Chevy location is now an import tuning shop/used car dealer,  Capital Volkswagen is a church, and C. Woods Buick is now Fred Beans Kia - had no idea they had their fingers in Harrisburg, but not surprising, they’re freaking massive.

I’ll take that GTI, (and why did anybody buy Scirocc os when they were half again as expensive?)

Not many people did, really.   The GTI and C10 would be mine at that price.

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a Monte Carlo convertible.

My dad had an S10 Blazer very reminiscent of the one in that ad, but no sliding window. Brown with a brown and tan interior, 2.8 that liked to consume exhaust manifold gaskets, he was not a big fan of it, and dumped it for a Grand Caravan.

I wonder who did the Monte Carlo convertible conversion, don’t think I’ve seen one of those.

I don't think I've seen one either. I didn't know they made one.

Chevrolet managed to make some of the best trucks and absolutely worst cars at the same time.
