Getting some groceries and breaking the unwritten rule of: Don’t grocery shop while hungry. Was greeted by this beauty. Talk about someone who knows how to park in between the lines!

He parked awfully close to the cart return for my peace of mind. Lovely two tone. The good old days when your success was measured by the size of the plane on the hood of your car.

Damn that’s gorgeous.
Pontiac’s tri-fives were better looking than Chevrolet's, imho.

I can’t recall if the ornament on these is illuminated like on earlier 50s Pontiacs. The little gills/intakes above the lights on these have always caught my eye - also this year of Pontiac used, in convertible form, as a cross-country trip car on a memorable “I Love Lucy” :
