These on the side do serve a function too. That’ s high point on body that is the 1st point to rub on cones if cut the corner good. It will rub on tape, not paint.

Had to take a tin snip & file to fender liner(hey it does not rub now) , but so far it feels solid. Onc e it has an actual alignment (instead of wack toe, & maxed out camber bolts), it should clean it up nice. Every shop I called was booked this week for alignments .

That should make a world of difference. People underestimate how much an alignment can help.

The real hardcore people just roll without a fender liner, like me. Well, I had no say in it but somehow a mechanic lost it. And the corresponding mud guard. And my car isn’t lowered, but it’s nice to be prepared for the (improbable) future.
