"I hear rubbing, I wonder why?" At least the fitment is on point.

Did you change out any shocks? Or was it just a spring swap?

Struts & shocks for swapped out, just an OE replacement. Nothing special.

Previous owners of my car did not get the fitment right on my car. It rubs when corning (it doesnt even need to be a sharp corner) and it rubs during  braking. I plan on changing the wheels and suspension eventually but the noise is so irritating .

So far it’s just the top of liner rubbing. Poking around it does not rub  at full lock. I’ll find out on Sunday at auto-x if it rubs when pushing in tight corners.

If it's rubbing the fitment is not on point. Drive until you burn through whatever is rubbing and get back to us.

Well, fitment looks good when parked. The new wheels will sit in little farther, this won't be for much longer.

Gotcha, if I do lower, I’d lower just the rear end. I wasn’t sure if I should opt for  upgraded shocks as well.

Depends on the drop but most of the time you do change shocks. I f the drop is too big then you can run out of stroke in the shock.

Per the product website (Eibach), the rears lower 1 inch. There is a ton of travel in t he van’s rear since its preloaded for cargo. There is very little aftermarket for shocks on the Transit Connect. Most are set for heavier duty cargo loading.

Ya it looks like it shouldn’t be an issue on those if the suspension is the same as the first gen. https://fordtransit.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=115110&c=1
