Didn’t this show also get absolutely terrible reviews?

No way the US loses this one.

No, but I’m going to enjoy the fantasy.

A few years ago I’d have said unlike l y. But given that the admini s trat ion demonstrably thinks the whole world is rea l ity TV, nowadays you could put up a halfway decent argument that the true purpose of the (real) Space Force falls into Trade mark Class 41 (Entertainment and Education services) rather than 45 (Legal and Security services), so is competing with the Netflix show.

I’m only a few episodes in, but to me, it seems funny enough to keep watching.
It’s not as good as the Office yet , it still has pretty stupid humor, but it made me laugh .
I like the concept, so I hope they have a chance to find their stride like the awkward first few episodes of the Office and Parks and Rec.

The folks at Arstechnica like it: The Ars verdict is in: Space Force is the best new series of 2020 (so far)
But in general the reviews I’ve seen have been more along the lines of “wasted potential”. Not bad necessarily, but something that could have been much better.
Regardless, t rademark law doesn’t care about whether your product is good (not that I expect the show to prevail in court).

Yeah, it was pretty mediocre. It’s like they expected the audience to just keep laughing at the existence of a Space Force, negating the need to write any actual jokes. But, it does co-star John Malkovi ch, and he's one of those actors who's just enjoyable to watch, regardless of the quality of the rest of the production.

The show’s name has no relation to the newest organization of the U.S. military
I’m guessing the author hasn’t watched the show, because it is definitely supposed to be a fictional portrayal of a new branch of the US military called Space Force. The show is fantastic, by the way.

We’ve watched half a dozen episodes and had some pretty good laughs. And it’s really not easy to make me laugh, believe it or not.

I’m really rooting for a fatal aneurysm to take him out as he rage-tweets on the s hitter, and I support any irritants which might bring that about.

Coincidentally, your name on here, Elvis etc.. I have wanted him to die on the toilet and have his family try to cover it up and then have someone leak it... That would be fantastic.

The wife and I just finished it. It’s mostly kinda “ dumb” humour, but it’s got some REAL solid gems in there.

Wouldn't put it in a best show list, but it was an enjoyable enough watch. John Malkovich is the best actor in it.

If you're comparing it to the Office and Parks and Rec, then it's probably not the show for me.
