While it’s already been stated here, this looks like a Ku bota, most of the relevant brands make something similar, here’s the Deere Gator Diesel Dump, with dual drive axles, for better flotation over soft soil.

We actually have a lot of these type of things here
in the US. They are used as runabouts at all sorts of job sites - we tend to have large campus-style office/manufacturing parks with lots of building spread out. The Kubota competes with similar models from John Deere, Polaris, and others
. We have a few running around where I work... they are fun but I’m glad I’m not paying for them - by the time you option up to these fully-en
closed cab models you are hitting $20-25k. So basically you have to have a good use case for the size of these things because you can basically buy a new Nissan Frontier pickup for the same price.
There are lo wer-thrills diesel 4x4 models for around $12-14 k but they are decidedly less fun...

One of our larger, local stripmalls has one for maintenance - pretty nifty little rig with tilt bed, plus they have a hitch on it so it can tow dumpsters and a removable water tank for the bed to water the container flowers/plants in the parking lot.

The groundskeeping crews at the university where I used to work have a bunch of these along with John Deere equivalents. It's cool to see them scoot around campus with their little chugga-chugga diesels.

We have a few of those at the mine I work for. All of ours are diesels.

Kubota X1100c. I have 3 of them at my shop. Good little runaround. We added a undermount hydraulic work arm to the front of one so we can plow snow. But when they go wrong, and they WILL, boy howdy it ain't cheap!

Apparently the horse was modeled on the sculptor’s horse Olympus, and was the first equestrian statue produced in the US.
The rider, of course is Andrew “Trail of Tears” Jackson.

Now that I’m at work, some pics!
The transmission pic was a $13500 repair.
