I have a Bespoke Post subscription box that I usually opt out of but this month’s was enticing.

Also cookies. Does anybody want some cookies? I think I might have made too many last night.

It says in the post. It’s usually fru-fru hipster stuff but I’ve gotten a really nice weekender bag and some useful kitchen implements out of it. You get a choice of boxes each month for $45 or you can just skip it.

Here is what you do with the cookies. First, you get some ice cream; it doesn’t have to be great, just decent. Next, you put a huge scoop in between two cookies and press them together. Then, you wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the freezer. And finally, you call me when they’ve hardened up, and I’ll be right over to eat them.

It’s the Friends Diet. Works every time.

Was not impressed with their espresso roast, but it was purchased as a decoration with the possible benefit of being good coffee. So WIN.

How’s the nitro?  That I could get down with.
