i didnt ride me bike at all today

im off for a week...so no need to rush...walked everywhere

got about 10 miles with me phone on me...lol

That looks like a cliff not a hill lol. Although I'm sure some of my elevation maps kinda have that going on too. Maybe that's Google maps making it look extra cliffy.

Nice, keep it up. I rode a total of 100 miles last week, getting out every 2 days or so. It be great if I kept that up but my history is I won’t. If it’s any incentive to ride again , I’ll be going out with friends for 28 miles of mtn biking tomorrow.

23 for me, all on rail trails though, so very easy grades. My back has some complaints about the road bike, but I think they feel like the sort of thing that will go away as my body gets used to the the less upright riding position. My feet are killing me too, but I’ve got some more appropriate pedals coming next week (though still SPD rather than SPD-S L, seemed like a better choice in most ways), which hopefully will be a little easier on my feet.
