Been keeping an eye on used i8 prices lately, because these are depreciating extremely quickly. Brand new 2020  i8s sell for $150k+ but the certified pre-owned ones (with LOW miles) are on sale at dealers for less than half that. 

The old “can’t wait to buy one used in a few years” joke actually applies here.

Makes a lot more sense at a lower price. Maybe with all its hybridness, it never had the performance to match its price-tag or looks.

But at half the price it’s plenty of performance, and it still looks incredible.
