Have a 1969 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 3.9 with Gul f livery and only 1,900 miles on the clock. .
Okay it’s crack pipe price at £24,999 for me, for for a Land Cruiser fan, it’ll be catnip.
From the listing’s pictures, the owner is really going to miss it when it’s gone.

Daaaang that is one mighty fine cruiser. Curiously there are a metric crapton of gen 1 Land Cruisers around, well, cruising because they actually get driven all the time. I'm not really sure how common these used to be but 3 regulars and around 3 other occasionals is a lot for a medium sized American town.

If he was gonna miss it he’d have put more than 1,900 miles on it. This is classic case of “I wanted one of these so I bought one and over-restored it and only then found out how bad they beat you up when you drive it.” There’s a reason these things have a hard-core image.

It showed up while looking at Land Cruisers, after seeing your Land Cruiser, what we call the Land Cruiser Amazon.
That period we got the Land Cruiser as the
Land Cruiser Amazon
1999 4.2 TD VX
Plus the g rey import Land Cruiser Amazon
1997 4.5 VX
and the L and Cruiser Colorado.
1996 3.4 VX
Plus the grey import Land Cruiser Colorado Prado.
19 97 3.0TD VX

Many hard core enthusiasts don’t like to add too many miles. Low miles adds a lot of price to older cars.
I saw a 1980 Lamborghini with only 123 miles on the clock a few years ago. The low miles added 50% to the price over similar cars that had been driven more.

No because of the pictures.

If he loved it so much he would have driven it more.
I guess I don't mind unobtanium Ferraris as Museum Pieces but rugged outdoor SUVs need to get outdoors once in awhile.

Not necessarily. Some like to keep their vehicles as stock or low mileage as possible, while some like to baby them completely in a garage never to be seen again and some like to through there’s round Silverstone or the aerodrome during the Festival of Speed.
Each to their own.
