So its been over a year since I have posted anything so might as well make the new post a big one with a restoration update. A couple of years ago I scored a pretty rust free 1968 Chevy C10 Custom Long Box. I posted about it here:

I fixed a bunch of the little things on the truck and began driving it for about 7 months until this last winter when the rain hit and the cab stated leaking pretty bad. So decided that it was time to tear the truck down and restore it.

So tear down commenced.

Yep the old Horse track, they just tore it down about a month ago.

this and the ‘65 are my faves, that’s when gm was still building solid feeling trucks, then came ‘73 and it’s been downhill ever since imo

Yeah I am not a fan of the square bodies either. Any Chevy truck pre 1972 is a good truck in my book.
