Any recommendations for a decent gaming mouse that won’t break the bank?

I can’t recommend one from first hand experience, as all of mine have sucked. But curious to see what others have to say. I stick with the Microsoft controller primarily lately. But that’ s mostly a product of the few games I play.

logitech has never let me down. I’ve dropped the wireless G602 on a stone tile floor enough times to drive a nail through a wooden beam and still it works.

This is what I have. The scroll wheel gets a bit squeaky tho after a year or so
This is supposed to be pretty good as well, this will be my next mouse.
Both of these dont have a whole lotta buttons on em if you need them tho.
dirt cheap and decent, I had this one too.
Full of the sound of the Gran Fury, signifying nothing.

Don’t buy Razer - lots of software that requires a constant internet connection (why?) and tech support that is beyond clueless. My favorite mouse is from Logitech and was found on CL for $15. I like the extra keys on the side, but have programmed those with different macros for other tasks; I've never actually used the thing for games. Also, check out Slickdeals and see if they have anything. They helped me find a great price on another fancy Logitech; I think list price was like $60 and I got it on Amazon for $15.

I want to see someone go hard with one of the trackball mice. I feel like you could flick your cursor super fast.

If you have bear paws like me, I recommend the BenQ EC1-A. It’s specifically made to be comfortable for those with larger hands.

Not for me, for my boys. I use a trackpad.

I have a G502 Hero. My only complaints are that the control soft ware crashes very often when the PC is starting up and the control software itself lacks s ome user friendliness . The mouse still works perfectly despite these .

Wait for an amazon gold box or some kind of online deal then get a good logitech G-series mouse or a Razer for under 50$. I think my favorite so far has been my old G502
It retails for 60-80$ at most places, but you can find it on sale for well under 50 if you’re patient. Many others will work well too.

I think you’re the second person who recommended that mouse. I’ll see if they have it at Fry’s.

My son fancies himself to be a gamer, and he pestered the crap out of me to order him a “Glorious Model-O”. He had other mice and he complained about them, but not a peep about this one so it must be good. He plays Overwatch and all those other 1st person shooters. It must be good, look at all the lightening holes. I think they claim to be the world’s lightest mouse.
I will say that the one he got has a fabric covered cord that has no springiness like a plastic cord. When you move the mouse, it stays put. There is no fighting the cord and it is pretty cool. I don’t know if they still do that, as this photo appears to show a plastic cord.
