Sausages and mash without the gravy with a difference.
T riple chilli (chilli flakes, habanero and jalapeno) pork sausages and creamy mash.
They are certainly spicy.

That beats the healthy smoothie the missus made for my breakfast. I love some smooth, creamy mashed potatoes...mmmmm. Some garlic, salt, and lemon pepper. Heavy on the butter.

It’s good, the right amount of spicy without being too much.
We do a mozzarella and smoked tomato pork sausage, Welsh cheddar and bacon, Monterey Jack and jalapeno pork, etc... Maple and bacon is nice.

Lovely creamy mash, Maris Piper potatoes, whole milk and Irish butter.
Any creamier I’d of needed a spoon to eat it.

I’ll be doing a f ull English breakfast later.
Mushrooms, potato scones, Lincolnshire sausages, bacon, black pudding, fried tomatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon fried beans and toast.
