Left over corned beef & cabbage. I got all my work done and waiting on clearance samples. But since it is notified to the county, I have to wait until 3:30 when the daily notification expires before I can leave. I’ll amend it do I can leave about 2 tomorrow .

I’ll follow it up with a banana this afternoon, and definitely some real vegetables for dinner. But your point is valid, this meal in isolation is not a healthy choice. The bean dip will give me an extra boost on my run this afternoon though!

We made homemade panko-battered shrimp in the air fryer - tasty!
(I’d bought shrimp, scallops and tuna from our local fish market for Mother’s Day and went a little overboard on the shrimp, but glad I did!)

Well done. I made Mrs. addiction shrimp scampi, scallops, and seared tuna. Was delish. I overbought shrimp, so we put some in the air fryer and had then for lunch today.
