I really don’t get the UPS batteries...
I do wonder how well the hand held food chopper works, my knife skills are garbage.

They work OK, but the blade gets hung up if your vegetables pieces are to o big, and they’re a little annoying to clean

If only they had invented a knife shaped sharp metal object that could be used to cut basically anything in the kitchen.

How many people do you see daily who shouldn’t handle knives?

None, basically.
But, that could have a hilarious answer based on someone’s profession!

My roommate had one, I tried using it a couple of times and it makes a lot of noise without great results. I’d stick with trying to improve knife skills or going with a food processor that can chop and do other things.

Of course a mandolin is an excellent analog substitute for knife skills often

I once had an employee cut his finger quite badly, because he decided to take a defective folding knife out of the box marked "defective: return to manufacturer, do not use" and use it to try to separate frozen hot dogs instead of warm water or the microwave. It folded closed on his finger, and I banned him from handling any cutting implements from that point onward.

They are choppers, just not very custom.

I was going to suggest that, too, but I’m more afraid of a mandoline than I am with a knife. I suppose if you use the guard that comes with it you'll be fine.

Im not the best with a knife but can crush a garlic clove and dice, or do some onion or chop whatevs, but if I need to process multiple onions or do french fries, its all about the mandolin
