I’m continuing to spruce up the Cargo Fargo, other than a couple minor bruises it’s holding up well to 2 years as a work vehicle.

Eew gross!

Kinja'd!!!

Lightly blasted with crushed glass abrasive (discreetly behind the garage, if there’s such thing as discreet sandblasting)

Much better.  Admittedly the old paint job was the same deal, also done by me outside the garage, but it lasted 75-80,000 km and just got ugly this winter.   2 coats of tremclad black.

I’ve been thinking about picking up one of those litttle gravity fed media blasters. The seem great for small projects. Like restoring a moped

I use just the sandblast gun with a hose and a pickup tube, jam the tube in the bag of sand and go.  Even with that, a set of rims is the biggest thing I’ll do. the little gravity fed ones are more for getting a tiny spot of rust in a corner, that sort of thing.
