At least IMHO. I tried to buy this headset marked dow to $3.96 the other day. It’s on their website in addition to one marked at $15.96. I arrive and they say they don’t have it.

I checked again this morning and the website still shows both available. I assume that they found the $3.96 one so I order it again, and again they say it’s ready. What surprised me was that they sold me  the higher-priced one to me at the lower price shown on their website.

And that, my friends, is how you make a happy customer.

Yup - just $3.96. Mind you, it’s not one of their premium models, with a list price of $20, but it’s a good name brand. The only problem with it, besides the torn box, is someone else's residual ear wax...
