This used to be screwed on to my keychain. More importantly, it used to contain an emergency $100 bill rolled inside.

Someone hopefully is going to have a nice spring day when they find it.

That sucks. I've always found a emergency $20 is sufficient but maybe you roll differently than I.

I’ve done that. Had a $100 in an envelope that was tucked into a secret pocket of my purse. Went to change purses and it just wasn’t there. And now every time funds get short I go check again just to make certain but it’s never showed up again.

Let’s hope somebody pays it forward. Many years ago, our family was at Costco, and my wife and I were wrangling three young kids while trying to eat dinner. A Costco employee came up to me and handed me a $100 bill and said that another customer saw me drop it. I insisted that it wasn’t mine, and that the employee should take it back to the desk to see if somebody claimed it. No, he said, I’m under instructions to give this to you. The only thing we can think is that somebody saw us wrestling with the kids and wanted to help out. Maybe it’s an anonymous thing they do regularly. It was certainly appreciated.

That sucks, I did one time find a gangster roll of cash in Japan so if I lose any now I think about it and say I’m ahead.

It’s not cheap I guess, I didn’t go to many movies. When the Matrix came out they had whole side buildings with graphics so I went to that. I saw 28 Days Later too. I think that’s it, everything else I saw back then was from Tsutaya (Japanese Blockbuster).
