Yes, we will secure it for the road. An easy lift for two people. I would have needed the 15 foot truck to get a ramp, but wanted to stay smaller.

Good call on the smaller van. I’m happy to see the Monkey in good shape. I was worried about it, on his behalf :)

Wow, I just looked up the specs and it says the 2019 model weighs 234 pounds wet! That blows my mind.
I currently building a mini bike for my son. It will have a (severely governed) 6.5 horse motor (212cc) and disc brakes. I’d bet it will weigh 70 pounds or so when we’re done.
I bet that monkey is fun to ride.

Aww, it’s cute!
I’ve also just now realized that I could maybe get a motorcycle as my “fun car” since I have the Sienna for grocery runs.
You’re a bad influence

Love the Monkey. Wish they released it sooner before I bought the ruckus. Need a little more oomf on my bike than 49cc

Oh man, I’ve ridden a Grom once and that thing was so stupid fun you couldn’t wipe the smile on my face. A Monkey is functionally similar so I bet it’s just as or even more fun!
Huh...I completely forgot that the 10ft vans don’t have ramps. Weirdly, it was a good thing then I wasn’t able to reserve one.

Thankfully for my budget the heat and humidity coming to Texas is stifling my desire to get a bike. Working from home the past few weeks and reading all of the fun motorcycle posts had me starting to look.

Nice. I suppose this is the best way to do it. I got one of these home on the back of my Honda Pilot on a Hitch-and-Haul. I had it strapped down but I never felt comfortable about it. I envisioned seeing it fall off and skidding down the road.

My ‘71 CB175 is 260lbs dry. What is your engine made out of, cardboard?

Right? It’s like the miniature equivalent of a Class A motor home towing a Tracker.

Probably? It’s from Harbor Freight. It’s a little cheap Chinese clone of something. Website says it weighs 36 pounds. The rest of the bike is steel pipe. Frame may weigh 30 pounds?

Exactly!
