A bit underwhelming, as expected. Should be some good shots closer to N YC , as it’s a pretty clear day.

This is from 2013(?) - NY makes a better backdrop.

Interesting how separated they are. Maybe to cover more ground? I think it would be more impressive if they were flying closer together.

Thanks for the pics!
Having been to a bunch of airshows I do expect a flyover to be a relatively sedate affair though. Only aviation geeks would really appreciate seeing this.

The Air Force and Navy get to have fun while the Army is stuck at home.
Makes sense.

They swapped positions a few times, but that’s it. I think it would have been better to split them up and criss-cross a bit....faster, louder.
Still pretty cool....they flew right over my GF’s apartment a few miles away, her kids went nuts, they loved it.

DAMMIT!!!! Just hear something louder than a normal jet and went back outside.... caught what looked to be re-fueling at high altitude, saw one or two other Thunderbirds way off to the side just as they hit the tree line.
Camera in my hand, SD card still inside in my computer.....
