I want to begin at the bottom of the team participation list and see that every participant receives a sticker. I want the stickers to be made of a high quality vinyl. I have inquired whether some can be printed on clear vinyl for car windows and no adhesive. Later, I’ll differentiate for lunatics like Eury and jminer who are pulling down grundles of points.

T hank you to Arch Duke Maxyenko , who offered to help with the design, but I decided to go it alone. (And a chance to learn a couple more skills in Illustrator...)

I like it, and I’d gladly buy some of those. That said, I wonder if there isn’t a way to work an Oppo logo (maybe not the current page logo, but say the classic one) into it. Maybe in place of one of the folding@home around the edge, but I do dig the symmetry. Maybe better in place of the “team”.

I’m waiting to see what all suggestions and comments come in for this before I make an edit. I made a conscious decision in the initial draft to leave the Oppo logo out of it because, at least as I see it, we are providing a service to F@h and really, I’d rather be about boosting the effort. I spent a long time staring at this to get it to where it is, and I’m mulling over the suggestions I’ve received thus far in order to make up a second one. I’ll ponder how to include the Oppo logo, though it may be subtle. Just gotta think on it some more...

Do you have any imaginings about how the logo might be incorporated?

The orange in the middle of the sticker draft I made is the same orange that F@h uses on their website. Also, a big question: how much is this sticker about Oppo, and how much is it about F@h? To my way of thinking, far more the latter, which is why I left the Oppo logo out by a conscious decision.

How much raises a good point, and I think your emphasis is the right one. I don’t think a subtle application of the logo would be out of place.  It feels like it certainly wouldn’t want to be the focal point.  Maybe worked into the first part of Oppositelock along the bottom?

Good morning. I have an idea about how to incorporate the logo, but I have to learn a technique first. This morning’s project.

I updated the Oppositelock to be all caps, and I think this balances it better. I can’t say why, exactly, but I really groove on having the team number on the bottom. It’s a fun font, too. My brother wants to see OPPO instead of OPPOSITELOCK, just to see what it looks like, but there again, OPPO is not what our team is named, but OPPOSITELOCK. And if those not in the know see our sticker, and all they see is oppo , they won’t know the original word, let alone what it means.

I would review the quaternary   structure of proteins before going with that design. Your folding logo  should have some folds.
