Someone in my neighborhood bought this pretty little MkIV Supra Turbo and has been teasing me with it. Finally got a good picture of it in my side mirror at the CVS drive thru.
16 year old me would’ve flipped his shit over this. 42 year old me also currently flips his shit over this car.

I’ve seen a green one around but this purple one outside a tuner shop is the best I’ve seen in a while. Nice wheels on both of these for the color combo . This was an autobox unfortunately

I don’t think these exist on stock wheels anymore. First thing I’d change if I found a modified one.

I am a firm believer that all slushbox MkIVs be swapped to period-correct manual transmissions.
This is the only conversion therapy I endorse.

I like the bronze rims. Ain’t even mad (considering the rest is cherry and original).

The only car more jelly bean than a Mark IV Supra is a 1998 Ford Taurus.

Dunno. New Minis are pretty jelly bean.

The horror. The horror.
I should mention that I was clearly dedicated given the rain and pitch black, only to be rewarded with that. 4 door skyline too tho w/ manual.

Gold wheels on a 90s car are too Subie for me, but it doesn’t have window vent deflectors or a plume of vape smoke, so it has that going for it, whi ch is nice. It does look relatively stock (lower bumper thingy might be aftermarket) and it isn’t metalflake purple etc, so I’ll allow it.

The MKIV doesn’t do too much for me. I think its too maybe too round or too hyped. I would like one for 25k to 35k but I can’ t fathom spending what some people are willing to on these

I fell in love with my aunt’s Mk3 Supra back in the late 80's. When the MkIV came out, I was turning 16. I was impressionable, and it left a sizable impression to say the least.
I’d pay $40k-$50k for a nice example, but no more.

I think 40 to 50 is what the average RHD model is going for. No idea if you can get a USDM model with a stick for that price.
Thankfully, the car I pined for was the RX7, and very few people are fixated with that car in comparison to the other bubble Era JDM cars.
