Yeah, feeling the same way over here. I cannot wait to go and sit in a restaurant and pay too much for food and beer!

This must be what it’s like to be retired - the day of the week no longer has any meaning. Well, except for Sunday, which is usually when I get a craving for Chick-fil-A...

I had a 2 hour meeting start at 6am today - think that qualifies to call it Tuesday already?

Sure. I would have started drinking at 8:00 am.

To start drinking at 8:00 am you’d have to stop first...

My daughter’s 7th birthday is this week.
We spent Yesterday enjoying our lovely weather on our bikes and rollerblades (just her, on those, but we did a bike+rollerblade ride). I’ve spent the last few days trying to bang out work that’s actually of value to a client, and feeling terrible about it. Worked 2200-0130 last night, 0900-1315 today, and now back to work. I get a lot of shit for having to work, especially now, but I’m grateful to actually have some work. No-win.
I’m exhausted. And I have to produce big time for a presentation tomorrow.
Here’s my 20-minute warmup sketch.
At least I actually get to draw for this current project, but it really pisses me off that I’m not using all that CAD software I had to pay for.

My wife is working FT from home, but she still has time to deal with the teenagers from time to time. It’s a godsend.

We can do that next week.
