Almost the same percentage done on the GPUs , yet one will be done four times faster than the other. Perhaps the extra current being consumed isn’t worth the limited processing potential; maybe not, since it seems to be 4 times faster than a 5 GHz CPU.

Pascal absolutely broke F@H when it came to market because it racks up quick return bonuses like no other. You can literally see the jump in points production around Q1 2017 when the cards came to market. Kepler cards may not be worthwhile moving forward because they are at the very bottom of the architectures supported by the current core_22 (you may even be better off picking up second hand 1050s)

I was curious the other day, my rig is a bit older i7 -8700 GTX 1660 Ti, and the performance due to architecture differences between chips is astonishing.

Yup... from a “work done per watt” for FAH, a high end NVidia card seems to be the way to go.
