“Outside” LA? The entirety of Mulholland dr is in LA since its confined between the 405/101. Unless its Mulholland hwy but i cant tell since youtube wont load for me right now for whatever reason. Either way not surprised to see that on either road, some real chucklefucks on there. No wonder the cops actually patrol those with good reason!

Watching the video now, it is indeed Mulholland Highway so it’s outside LA. It’s on the section that’s closed right now in Malibu. I wonder if that was somebody going for a crazy Canyon run on the closed road. Could definitely be going way too fast in that case without the threat of oncoming traffic.

Either that or its actually ACH. Which is also not in LA. Hwy 2 up in the San Gabriels. People go off there all the damn time!
