Forgot I had this, a lovely Macon-Villages.
It needs to chill first of course but it’s really good.

Can’t go wrong with Jadot, I just finished off a bottle of their Pouilly-Fuissé that was pretty decent.

I recall I was going to get a nice Sancerre but for the price I could get myself this bottle and a nice Bordeaux blanc for my neighbour who got a new job as a carer after being made redundant from the train service just before christmas.

I have never been disappointed in anything of theirs. The Beaujolais is also pretty good. Admittedly, I do usually drink Virginia and Pennsylvania wines, so what the hell do I know

You know what you like, that’s the only important thing.
Wine is like anything else, it’s to the individuals tastes.
I’ve never gone for white for fish, red for red meat.
If I’m out I may have a nice pinot grigio with a rare ribeye steak.

Yeah, these aren’t bad!
