Is that the light blue color ford offered in the 90s?

Can’t remember the name, but yeah, that’s a factory color. I haven’t seen it in person, but the truck looks gorgeous. 300 I6 and 5 speed. If it were a V8 4WD I’d probably try to trade my Ranger for it (If I’m getting crap mileage, I want the V8 sound to go with it)

Is it the same blue as this?
I can’t tell because of the lighting.

Yeah, I think it is. Brilliant Blue I think they called it.
Edit: It’s NOT Brilliant Blue. I can’t seem to find it online

That color is Portifino blue metallic, it might be a different shade of blue than that truck as the Explorer is a 1997. I know because that was my first car and here is the window sticker:

That’s it! Automotivetouchup’s website has it as a 1996 Ford Light truck color as well.
(Looking at all these trucks on google reminds me... I need one. Wonder if anyone wants to trade for an ‘05 Ranger.....)

It’s so clean, it almost looks like the image was copied from a brochure!

Basically. I’ve been graduated for 3 years now, at the same job for 2... until this virus hit, anyway.

For some reason I thought it was more recent than that, but I guess I wasn’t paying attention or something. Good for you, it seems like everyone goes to college these days, and for degrees they never use.

Man I love that body style! Definitely one of my all time favorites. My brother and I always called them “Robert style” since our stepdad’s dad drove one up until his death. I’d do anything if vent windows could make a comeback. I’ve driven these things without functioning AC and those little triangles made me not even care. They also had nothing but good engines. 4.9, 5.0, 5.8, 7.3, 7.4. Solid solid solid. I also like the TTB front end vs. the IFS GM ended up going with. Dodge was still king with that straight axle though.
They’ve a cab based that was once a contemporary of the C10, but made it halfway through the 90s. I like that old school nature they have.
I’d seriously consider trading my ‘03 Silverado 4x4 for a clean Robert style F-150.
