*Unless you’re leaving your house to buy a Chevy! Then get your ass in to a dealer!

That is awesome. First Chevy commercial that would remotely make me want to consider looking at their trucks.
Still not going to, but it’s a great ad.

We can only hope.

Always laughed at the real sales motivation in their past commercials.
Their real people always had tough guy name tags. Mike, Clint, etc.
Buy this truck and you can be a Clint too.

What they aren’t doing at home delivery for test drives and sales?

My Chevy has stayed home even before this ad. Must have connections in corporate. Well, except for that late night jaunt to see the extent of a massive blackout. Had a half dozen utility trucks on the scene within 5 minutes. Crazy.

Didn’t there still need to be probably a dozen people in a studio to produce this ad?

According to my former coworkers (car salesman), yes, GM is doing home delivery test drives for serious inquiries.

jesus christ, was that millenials commercial real? Seriously, did Chevy actually rune that?

I wonder how much of the big truck-driving “real man” base still sees this mess as some kind of libtard conspiracy and will be triggered by an ad taking it seriously.

What a condescending piece of crap GM has really become. Get the most mellineal stereotype of millenials possible who don’t think they’re the same. Slap milleneal non-tough-guy names on em. (3x aarons? really? an Oliver?) and just insult them into, of course, a small car where the first thing they talk about is bluetoothing your apple phone to it.
I gave up on GM back in ‘08. Looks like it’s a forever thing now for me .

I can forgive them jut based on how amazing my Camaro drives.

Hmmm...how does one become a “serious” buyer. Credit check? Can I test drive a Camaro for a day or two?

Th at is a good question. I’m not sure. I don’t think they are letting people keep the cars for a long time, I think they are meeting them at their home to do a normal test drive, then do all the “paperwork” on a Surface.

then do all the “paperwork” on a Surface.
Ah...so instead of touching a piece of paper maybe one or two other people touched I now need to touch a tablet that who knows how many hundreds of people have touched. Makes sense.

Bingo. But only after you invite a stranger who’s job it is, is to interact with the general public all day, into your home.
