See you’re working on your photography. Remembering it’s about painting with light. Which means you can do everything right in digital and still need to make it work in post. Looks like something clearly understood in the photo above.
Have you ever constructed a target set with items that reflect/absorb and otherwise pose challenges to correctly capturing singly (and in any other combination) . This can refine ability to see gradations in focus length as it pertains to locating yourself and objects in frame. Grasping everything acting on a scene is often the difference between good and great outcomes.

Thank you, I’m trying. I haven’t done the target thing but it sounds interesting!

Good morning. How are you holding up so far? I’ve started to get a little restless, but some walks around the block usually stave it off long enough to get some work done. I thought this thing I saw was pretty funny.

I love Squishmallow. Have a Puffalump eating cheese with a torque wrench.

I’m think I’m okay, I’m starting to settle into this a bit which is helpful. I’ve been working with my therapist a lot which is helping. I need to do more coursework but am also trying to relax. I have a lot of bad moments but some okay ones too. I’m not in panic states as much which is very good. That is pretty funny to see as well.

That’s very good to hear. Have you come up with any hobbies to fill some of the time? That top photo leads me to believe that you may have delved into photography. I like it.

I’m doing some photography every week. I’m also playing video games and class work for college. I’m also trying to go on walks at least a few times per week.

My dinosaur was given to me by my therapist during a very difficult session. It helps me through therapy and bad times by being a sensory object that I can feel and squish. It’s become a comfort item that I’m emotionally attached to.

That’s wonderful. I guess that helps explain part of the appeal of the Puffalumps, too.
