Dragged my couch outside, setup a table, and it’s time to get some work done in the sun. I could think of worse places to work from home!
It’s a bit toasty though so I had to make a modification:
Much better!

That is nice! I love that view.
I worked from outside most of today too, but my view isn’t that nice.

Thats great.
H owever, I know I personally wouldn't get much work done out there. Especially with how dim that screen look .

I don't believe you. That looks like a screenshot from My Summer Car.

Yeah I need to figure out a way to make the screen more visible. Probably could not have the sun right behind me for a start lol. But it’s not so bad for just simple word document stuff that im doing.
Might set up my easy up because it's actually rather hot out in the sun anyways. That would clear up both issues.

I tried this once with my touchscreen ThinkPad. My logic was “Oh it’s nice out, why don’t I sit outside and use this as a tablet and read a bit” Screen had a lot of glare, barely readable. I did have a very nice nap though.

It’s called an umbrella. You could rig up something out of stuff in your home so long as you are aware the UV damage it will get.

Typical workflow in Louisiana:
Sets up chair and work table
Walks back in to put on sunblock
Grabs computer
Nearly drops computer because of sunblock on hands
Cleans off excess sunblock
P icks up computer and heads outside
Sits in chair
Jumps out of chair because surface temperature of chair closely matches surface of sun
Heads back inside to grab a towel to cover chair.
Goes back outside and drapes towel over chair
Sits in chair
Wonders why laptop is no longer running
Realizes laptop surface temperature closely matches surface of sun
Head s back inside to grab sunbrella and ice pack to cool off laptop
Returns to the great outdoors
Places ice pack under laptop to cool it off
Sets up sunrella to shade both laptop and chair.
Fierce stinging in eyes from combination of sweat and sunscreen causes a run for the sink inside to wash out eyes
Grabs another towel to mop sweat
Runs back outside before body temperature drops below freezing
Sits in chair
Starts working on laptop
Laptop shorts out from sweat dripping into keyboard
Carries laptop back inside and uses phone to send email to IT about a replacement laptop
Starts shivering as body temperature lowers enough to chill beer.
Thought of beer leads to grabbing beer
Heads outside to sit on deck and drink beer.
Another productive day is done.

Every view outdoors can be nice assuming you aren’t facing a refinery or something. Nature is pretty regardless of how mountainous it is. Now I could probably make you more jealous though and post a pic looking the other way. First world problem that I had to pick which scenic view I wanted, mountain or ocean.

Haha perfect. Nice though that socal by the coast is very nice pleasant weather instead of hot humid death. With my easy up I am fine no matter how hot it gets too since it's dry.

I like the cut of your jib! Northern Nevada temperature fluctuations at this time of year betray your plan. Through the window I watch deer, rabbits, squirrels, quail, and the massive cat that lives under the shed. Occasional flybys from Bald Eagles and Red Tail Hawks help to add to the live world.
BTW, Bald eagles are f’ing HUGE!

I cannot WAIT until I can work outside. Today was, hmm, 36F and drizzly/sleet/snow in the afternoon. But a balmy 72F inside with the woodstove!

I’m pretty sure it was about your indoors temp outside, but it felt warmer in the direct sun for sure.
