A red curry mashup with a fresh jalape ño chopped on top. Eggplant, zucchini , tofu, kale, garbanzo beans, red bell pepper and chopped chicken breast, over a bit of brown rice.

I made a nice chicken curry and some lachha paratha. Never made them before, so it was a bit of a learning experience.

We sometimes have that too. Didn’t tonight. I’m not sure if that’s because we’re out, or because my wife didn’t feel like making it. I know my place, and it’s to say, “Thank you,” and eat whatever the hell she puts in front of me :)

Dairy Queen. My diet has been abysmal these past few weeks
Full of the sound of the Gran Fury, signifying nothing.

What’s the green stuff underneath? A big serving of steamed broccoli on the side of that would be yum.

If I wanted to throw myself on a dietary grenade, DQ would be a good place to do that.

I have a Soylent shake for dinner, Cafe Vanilla flavor. It’s...well, it’s sustenance.
The alternative is the leftover pizza in the break room fridge. I don’t know how many people have touched it, and I’m not too keen to find out. As expected, literally every eatery in my airport is closed due to...well, yeah, you know.

I think the BBQ sauce I used was too sweet. If it were a bit more vinegary I think it would have been better.

We always steam our brockley, then drizzle a wee bit of olive oil and some salt.

I find I prefer the flavor and texture of it when sauteed in a bit of olive oil with some kosher salt.
