This is a White, ‘50s vintage. Rather interesting in that unlike most American cabovers, it goes for a full Euro-style forward control setup. The lines are similar to a DAF, but they weren’t copying - it kind of just devolved from this:

Very possibly. Not only were most trucks up into the ‘60s gas (so ripe for propane conversion), but diesels at that time actually sometimes had propane injection. I’d assume this is the first based on the size of the tank.
