Or un necessary car shopping. I can swap the Tacoma straight for this truck. My retail is higher than the listed price for this Tundra, plus it has all the options I want. It’s black which isn’t ideal but...meh.
4wd, nav, same model year and only a slight increase in miles.......

Gotta love Tacoma resale value

Nice, but...why? Of all the four major truck brands, the Tundra is...well, it’s my least favorite. And it’ll depreciate faster than the Taco. If you don’t need a full-size, I’d keep what you got. If you do, maybe look for something cheaper plus cash for your trade.

The tricky part is in not sure I need a full size. Capacity, towing or otherwise, is fine with my Taco. For the rest of the fam, the bigger cab would be nice.
Honestly, I’m a bit split. I hold vehicles for a long time, depreciation isn’t a huge concern . Swapping the Taco after 4+ years is the faster turnover for a car in more than a decade. Reliability is more important than resale. If I swap, it would have to be full size with less than 75k on the clock.
I’m partial to the look/cabin of GMC and Tundra. Towing capacity is fine with all brands . Mileage sucks on all but a select few F-150s.
I really like the Taco. Hell, I ordered it just how I want it. It’s a h ard decision.

It is bonkers. I'm thinking of listing for an outrageous number just to see if I get any takers.
