Yeah, that’s our neighborhood. Ours is 1960, and we’ll be the last to live in it. I could have a check from a developer in a few days time, and the bulldozer would be here the day after that. And I could take that check and buy, i don’t know, out in Sterling or Loudoun.

It was a necessity. Old driveway had room for one, and was pretty damaged. Had some concrete pavers for the Miata, but the leaf needed to go there to charge. So we needed a legit driveway, not just pavers that tended to get muddy. Ripping up the old one was a small add on compared to the cost of just pouring a new small addition
