Corned beef point using this recipe.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Use a rotisserie if available, 350 degrees, 1.75 hr for 2.5 pounds, 350 f. to get 165 f internal temp. We had broiled baby reds with garlic and broiled brussel sprouts with bacon and soy sauce. Great way to celebrate St Pats and leftovers for soup!

Got corned beef for $2.50 a pound!

I mean, it looks PERFECT. And, now I’m thinking of it thin-sliced on some toasted sourdough, a slather of horseradish, slices of fresh tomato and romaine— and a dill pickle on top.

And a pilsner.

Didnt use a recipe . Made it a couple times before . B rowned the brisket in a cast iron pan for a few minutes on each side. Then made a sauce with a good bbq sauce, some bourbon, white vinegar, a couple basic spices, fresh garlic, fresh onion, applesauce, small but of siracha, black  pepper etc. Just added a bit, taste, repeat. Throw it all in the Crock-Pot for 8ish hours on low. Its ready when it pulls apart with a fork but is still firm. Then pull it out, cut it against the grain. Throw the slices back in the sauce for 30min on high. Done!

Looks fantastic - I’m not a big grill fanatic, but I always appreciate the results (I get the appeal, and it always tastes good when done right, but the act of going outside and prepping the grill is so much work when you’re cooking for one 99% of the time). I am always impressed when someone can grill something that is typically “not-grill-food” and get equal or better results.

I will be doing my own corned-beef-cabbage later in the week, but I will not have the bravery or patience to grill as you did. Instant pot for pure laziness, lol.
