Just realized your username isn’t “b ring a hammer” but that’s how I’ve been reading it.
We should be getting snow, it’s March, here in NH that usually means several good snowstorms before the real melting starts. We often have the deepest snowpack at this time of year, of course. And we’re down to very little or nothing, depending on elevation and exposure.

Brig ham is the name, and big hammers are my game. Least that was the joke in high school when I drove air-cooled vws.

I was hoping the rain we were getting here in Boston would be snow in the mountains, but a quick check of the web cams earlier today made it seem like places were mostly seeing rain (and the few places with snow were expecting it to turn throughout the day). I guess Sunday is supposed to be cold, but that will probably just let things get more icy.

It wasn’t until just last ye ar or so that I realized Calvin’s teacher’s name was “Wormwood”. I’ve been reading it as “Wormood” for years.

Skied at King Pine today, little local ski area in Madison, perfect spring conditions! Wildcat had only one lift running due to the wind.

Nice. Didn’t even know King Pine existed, though at a bit over two hours away, it’s probably a bit far for what it is. Definitely looks windy out.
Also got emails from all the Vail resorts (Sunapee, Attitash, Wildcat, Mt. Snow, Okemo, etc.) saying that they are telling people to only ride on the lifts with their party, which sounds like a great way to slow things down immensely (especially for someone who is often skiing solo). They are also shutting down the lodge cafeterias (with some cold food available), which sounds like a more reasonable prevention measure.
