My first “real” watch acquired. Rocked a quartz Diesel watch for a few years, an Orient Bambino automatic (with a leather rally band) for the past year and now this. Its a S eiko SBDC053 with an original steel band. In love, share yours!

He res my 2. I recently got back into watches, much to my wife's chagrin. She had to remind me they aren't Pokemon, and I don't need to collect them all. I've got my eye on one of the new alpinists for my 40th this year. Other than that, I've got my Detroit Mint 6105 homage(this is my daily watch. I wear it to work and it takes a beating. Dave honored the warranty on it and replaced it outside the warranty period) and another smaller branded watch modeled after the Nivada Depthmaster with the Pacman dial. Both these pieces are powered by the Seiko NH35a movement. Which is part of why I bought these particular 2 watches.

Current rotation. I don’t have the patience for automatics.
Citizen PCAT atomic solar perpetual calendar (AT4008-51E)
G-Shock “Adrenaline Red” ana-digi (GA-700AR-1A)
G-Shock “Go Green” solar digi (G-6900EW-7)
I have a couple chilling in the closet with dead batteries. There’s a Timex Weekender Chrono (TW2P71400) like this...
But I changed the strap to this....
And a Skagen titanium/carbon fiber slim dealie with a mesh bracelet and too-fiddly day/date subdials.
I’ll probably get the Weekender battery changed soon here but I’m ehh about that Skagen. It’s a pain in the ass to adjust the day/date dials and the hands and markings on them are soo small, especially the date, it’s nearly impossible to read them anyway.
My beater is a Timex Ironman (T5K529) like this.

I hadn't realized that the Bambinos were so cheap! Maybe I should buy one....

That is an EXCELLENT Seiko! Well done.
I don’t have a collection. Just the same old black and silver Seiko 5 I’ve posted in Oppo like four...teen times. I WANT to add more 5s to my collection, but as someone who tends to be quite utilitarian about many things, I always think, “...but I don’t NEED another watch.” Maybe I know myself too well; knowing that if I pick up another and another...then I just won’t stop.
