I figured it was someone who ran out of drift-car donor Nissan 240SXs to convert to fixed-headlight Silvia front ends... or AE86s from True nos to Levins, and decided to try a cheap wrecked Camaro instead.

IF they were going to do that nose conversion: ... G-Body would be the donor start with, and resto-mod from there.

Malibu is the simplest.

But Monte Carlo, Grand Prix, Regal, Cutlass Supreme, and there are probably a couple more that I am forgetting... could also be a possibility.

I clicked on that one, fully expecting to see a Chevy V8 in the back seat - because mid engine V8 Corvairs really are a thing, and also awesome.

Having a supportive spouse is always a good thing, I’m just full of internet sarcasm. I can pretty much buy whatever , she just really really does not like 80s-90s stuff (but I do so much lol), so it’s a bit of an inside joke. My wife is more of a musclecar person ( Camaros, Chevelles, Cudas, etc) .. . We’ve been traveling for fun instead of playing with cars so just living vicariously for now. For reading that you’ve earned a couple pics from Melbourne F1 ‘ 19 weekend lol.
